By using this website, joining Viridia, submitting an application, or making a purchase, you agree to these policies and the published server rules. You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the service lawfully.
Access may be limited or removed when necessary to protect the community, investigate abuse, enforce rules, or maintain the service. Features, events, availability, and these policies may be updated. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
Privacy policy
Viridia may process account identifiers from Discord and Steam, profile details you submit, applications, moderation records, purchases, support messages, and basic technical logs needed for security and reliability. We use this data to provide accounts, operate the server, prevent abuse, fulfil purchases, and answer support requests.
Data is shared only with service providers needed to run the site and community, such as Discord, Steam, Supabase, hosting providers, and Tebex for checkout. Each provider handles data under its own terms. We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, safety, disputes, or legal obligations.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible data by contacting staff. Some safety, transaction, or legal records may need to be retained.
Purchases and refunds
Tebex acts as the merchant of record for checkout, payment, tax, and the buyer transaction. Product descriptions explain the digital benefit being purchased. Purchases do not provide ownership of Viridia, staff authority, or immunity from community rules.
If an item was not delivered, was duplicated, or was purchased in error, open a support ticket promptly with the transaction details. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, applicable law, payment-provider requirements, and whether a digital benefit has already been delivered or consumed. Chargebacks made without first contacting support may delay account and transaction review.

Community and gameplay
The server rules are part of these terms. Moderation decisions consider context, evidence, prior conduct, and community safety. Appeals must follow the published support process. In-game items, characters, and progress are licensed access within the service and may change through balancing, resets, enforcement, or technical maintenance.

For privacy requests, purchase support, moderation appeals, or policy questions, contact Viridia staff through the official Discord ticket system. Never post payment or identity details in a public channel.
